Discovery Freediving
For the curious explorer. 1/2 day crash course on the fundamentals of breathing and equalization. Your first introduction to going deeper, with an eye for safety and comfort. 10m Want to continue on to Wave 1? We'll deduct the cost of your discovery from the course.

Intro Day
A full day of freediving introduction. Morning pool session on breathing, relaxation, and techniques. Afternoon focuses on depth, equalization, and first line training.
Max depth: 10m Optional Lap 1 certification Upgrade to Wave 1 and deduct Intro cost.

Your next steps towards mastery. Refine your techniques to perfection, including EQ, allowing you to dive deeper and stay longer. Focus is on comfort at depth.

Think you have what it takes to meet the performance requirements of Molchanovs? Pass the exam, then demonstrate your skills in one pool session and one open water session. One shot. No instruction.
